Plot summary
Dragon Fighter Lohan's practical jokes have tired out the gods, who bring their complaints to the Jade Emperor. Tiger Fighter Lohan arrives first to speak for his friend. Dragon rebukes the other gods for their harsh judgments on mankind and insists he could do better. The Jade Emperor wants to banish the two of them as animals, and the Bodhisattva Guanyin intervenes. Dragon is given a magical fan, then set a wager: three people, a beggar, a prostitute and a villain, are destined to return in the same roles, and he must shift their destinies within three days counted in heaven. Tiger takes the fan from him just before he is pushed down to earth, and enlists the heavenly soldier Unicorn to get it to him.
