Plot summary
Stephen Chow holds the title of God of Cookery, judging culinary competitions and running a business empire even though he knows very little about cooking. Bull Tong, posing as his understudy, and Chow's business partner expose him as a fraud, and Bull Tong takes the title and the empire. Ruined and begging on Temple Street, Chow orders assorted noodles from Turkey, a disfigured food cart vendor. Thugs beat him when he asks her for money, and Turkey sends them away and hands him rice topped with barbecue pork. Turkey and her rival Goosehead fight for control of beef balls and shrimp in the street market, until Chow combines them into Pissing Beef Balls, a dish that sells well. The vendors urge him to enroll in cooking school and take the title back.
