Plot summary
K2 stands in Pakistan and is the second-highest mountain on Earth. Through the winter of 2021, no one had stood on its summit in that season, and several mountaineers set out to change that. Nirmal Purja leads a team in the attempt. John Snorri Sigurjónsson and Tamara Lunger, both extreme mountaineers, are part of the effort, alongside the mountain guides Muhammad Ali Sadpara and Sajid Sadpara. Colin O'Brady, an extreme athlete and motivational speaker, is among those trying as well.
