Did you know?!Facts and trivia about The Cub Tiger from Kwang Tung (1973)
Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- Master with Cracked Fingers was assembled from footage of a little-seen independent 1973 film, Little Tiger of Canton, which featured a teenage Jackie Chan in one of his earliest roles. After Chan became famous with Snake in the Eagle's Shadow and Drunken Master in the late 1970s, that footage was re-edited.
- New footage of Dean Shek and Yuen Siu Tien, again playing his beggar character, was tacked onto the re-edited film. A rather obvious Jackie Chan double was hired and fought blind-folded in an attempt to hide the doubling from viewers.
