Plot summary
Cliff is six months sober, and he and his fiancée Brittany are spending Christmas Eve in Baltimore with her family. As they arrive at Brittany's mother's house for the festivities, Cliff falls and knocks out a tooth, which sends him to an emergency appointment with dentist Didi Daw. During the treatment, Didi takes a call from her daughter: her ex-husband Conway has married his girlfriend Patty in a surprise courthouse wedding, which derails Didi's plans for the evening. Cliff then finds that his car has been towed and that no rideshare is available, so Didi offers to drive him to the tow lot.
