Plot summary
The California coast is in ruins after an earthquake, and the beaches have fallen into chaos. A gang of neo-Nazis seizes the advantage, fighting off rival surfer gangs to take control of the sand, with their leader calling himself Adolf and claiming the title Führer of the new beach. Leroy, an African American oil well worker, is out jogging on the beach when the surf Nazis kill him. His mother, Eleanor Washington, known as Mama, is in a retirement home when she learns of her son's death, and she vows revenge. She arms herself with a handgun and grenades and breaks out of the home, setting out after the gang.
