Plot summary
Summer is ending and a new school year is close when Eric and Anna decide they will not go back. The two of them leave home and drive with no fixed destination, trying to avoid the responsibilities of adult life. On the road they meet Alan, an enigmatic older man who wants their help. The trip the couple expected to feel like freedom turns oppressive as it goes on.
