Plot summary
Katia, a volunteer from Kyiv fighting against the invasion of Ukraine, uses a laptop donated to the resistance and comes into contact with the young son of the computer’s original owner, who is desperately in search of his missing parents. Her attempts to help the child will see her risk all she holds dear.

- Director Yeva Strelnikova said the screenlife format was proposed by screenwriter and producer Anton Skrypets, not only because finding enough money for a classic narrative script during the war was impossible, but also because the war is happening on laptops, phones and all social media.
- Stay Online was shot in just 15 days. Casting drew 200 actors, among them 30 actresses for the lead role of Katya and 80 children for the role of Sava.
