Stan the Man (2020) on Netflix

Plot summary

Stan Mann is a multi-millionaire whose money is new and whose days go to women, games of chance and drink. He stays in a five-star hotel, where the staff cater to his every whim, and his open-handedness has earned him the name Stan the Man. A gambling scheme involving Russian mobsters comes down to a single bet that strips him of his fortune. Wanting only to drink away his despair, he walks into a liquor store, where a holdup leaves him badly hurt: a bullet meant for the clerk, Kristi O'Connell, hits him instead. In the emergency room, on the edge of death, he meets an Angel who is less than sympathetic and gives him thirty days to mend his conduct and find the woman he is meant to love.
