Plot summary
Two friends in 1990s Pittsburgh could hardly be more different. Montel, an introverted photographer, wants to meet the right woman and raise a family with her. Clyde, a flamboyant womanizer, is content with casual dates. A party brings them together with Adina, who intends to marry a wealthy man, and her shy law clerk friend Brandy. Clyde leads Adina to believe that he is rich, and the two spend the night together. Adina finds out that Clyde has been pretending, and that the borrowed car is not his, and she turns against him. Montel and Brandy, meanwhile, begin a romance.
