Plot summary

Amadeus Warnebring is a police officer born into a distinguished musical family, and he cannot hear music; he hates its sound. Six guerilla percussionists, led by Sanna and a conductor named Magnus, work with objects generally considered non-musical. They have analyzed which ones can produce good sounds and planned a concert of four humorously titled movements for the city's civic and cultural institutions. One piece is set in a surgery room, another in a bank, where the staff, the customers and a shredding machine are put to use. The illegal performances in public spaces unsettle the city, and Warnebring pursues the group.
