Shrew's Nest (2014) on Netflix

Plot summary

In 1950s Madrid, Montse earns a living as a seamstress from the apartment she cannot leave because of agoraphobia. She has spent her youth raising her younger sister, known as La Niña, who works at a store outside. Their mother died giving birth to the girl, and their father went away during the War, so Montse acts as father, mother and older sister. Montse resents the idea of the girl forming relationships with men, and she has visions in which her abusive father mocks her. When their neighbor Carlos falls down the stairwell and knocks at their door for help, Montse hesitates, then drags the injured, unconscious man inside. Montse grows infatuated with Carlos, whose wounded leg keeps him in the bed.
