Plot summary
Dineo treats every relationship as a step toward marriage, and every relationship leaves her on her own. Lunga Sibiya looks like the partner she has been waiting for, a man who wants the same commitment she does. The two of them break up, and Dineo has to leave his apartment and move in with Noni, a friend who keeps her distance from commitment. Dineo finds it difficult to let go. Noni tells her to make the most of being single: to have fun, to meet people and to build a life of her own. After years spent in one relationship after another, Dineo finds the prospect daunting. Noni offers to show her how it is done, and the two of them go out in the city at night.
