Plot summary
In 1999, piano prodigy Ye Xianglun transfers to Tamkang Secondary School, the music school where his father teaches. On his first day, classmate Qingyi shows him around and points out the old piano building, which is due to be demolished on graduation day. Inside, Xianglun hears a melody he does not recognize and follows it to Lu Xiaoyu, another piano student. She will not say where the piece comes from, telling him only that it is a secret. The two begin to spend their time together in the practice rooms and around town.
