Plot summary
The One-Armed Boxer is a Chinese martial artist who lost an arm and fights with the one he has left. He killed two Tibetan lamas, and their teacher wants him dead. That teacher is Fung Sheng Wu Chi, a blind imperial assassin and master of the flying guillotine, a bladed hat on a chain that closes over a victim's head. Unable to see, he depends on others to point out one-armed men for him to kill, and three of his followers have entered a martial arts tournament as competitors: a yoga master, a Thai boxer and a kobojutsu user. The Boxer, invited to the same tournament, tries to keep out of sight.
