Plot summary
A janitor cleaning a research laboratory knocks a life monitor off a patient, and the man wakes and attacks him. Meanwhile, three high school sophomores, Ben Goudy, Carter Grant and Augie Foster, are trying to find new members for their scout troop, led by Scout Leader Rogers. Augie still loves scouting, while Ben and Carter are growing out of it and talk about quitting. Driving to a campsite, Ben hits a deer, and Carter's sister Kendall and her friends stop to help. They invite Ben and Carter to a secret seniors party and give Carter the address. At a strip club, the pair meet Denise Russo, a cocktail waitress who buys them the alcohol they want.
