Plot summary
Johnny Martin, a Vietnam veteran who served as a Marine Corps military policeman, is hitchhiking toward Los Angeles when a former police officer, Charlie Baldwin, and his wife Nora offer him a ride. Tracy arrives late for her shift at a desert diner and tells her boss, Lew, that a college class kept her; she and Johnny later talk about leaving the desert. The Satans, the biker gang led by Anchor and made up of Firewater, Acid, Muscle, Willie, Romeo and Gina, pull in and demand service. Romeo harasses Tracy until Lew intervenes, and when a biker approaches Nora, she flings her drink at him and Charlie pulls a revolver.

- Satan's Sadists was the first film from Independent International, the company Al Adamson and Sam Sherman formed after a planned Spanish production, The Unavanged with Robert Taylor, collapsed; when financing fell through, Adamson wrote a 20-page treatment for the new film overnight.
- Director Al Adamson and actress Regina Carrol first met when she was cast in Satan's Sadists; the two later married.
