Plot summary
After years apart, Jody Deakes finally finds his father, only to learn that the man rides with an outlaw gang. A bounty hunter called Santee is tracking that gang, and when he catches up with them Jody's father is killed. With no family left, Jody follows the hunter, intending to take revenge for his father. What he finds instead is a good man, still grieving the death of his own young son at the hands of a different outlaw gang. Santee and his wife take him into their home, and a father-and-son bond forms. Then the outlaws who killed Santee's son arrive.

- Santee was one of the first motion pictures shot electronically on videotape, using Norelco PCP-70 portable plumbicon NTSC cameras and Ampex VR-1200 two-inch videotape recorders, before being transferred to film at Consolidated Film Industries in Hollywood.
