Suzy Parker
Biography
Suzy Parker was an American model and actress whose career spanned 1947 to 1970, starting in fashion before she turned to the screen. Her older sister Dorian, already a leading model, arranged for the Ford agency to represent her when she was about fifteen, and she soon became a muse to photographer Richard Avedon and the signature face of Coco Chanel's brand. She made her film debut in Kiss Them for Me (1957) as the love interest of Cary Grant's character, then took a short cameo in Funny Face (1957). Her other credits include The Best of Everything (1959), Flight from Ashiya (1964) and Chamber of Horrors (1966). On television she played dramatic parts in Burke's Law and The Twilight Zone, and she appeared as herself on quiz shows. Her final role was a 1970 episode of Night Gallery.
