Stoney Jackson

Stoney Jackson is an American actor born in Richmond, Virginia, who was featured in teen magazines during the 1970s and 1980s. He played Jesse Mitchell, a high school basketball player, on The White Shadow and Travis Fillmore on the sitcom 227. His film work includes Streets of Fire (1984), where he appeared as the lead singer of the fictional group The Sorels, and Trespass (1992), both for director Walter Hill. He also played a baseball player in Angels in the Outfield (1994) and Wacky Dee in CB4 (1993), performing the song Dance in that film. Later he took the role of the Gangster Prankster in Black Scorpion II: Aftershock (1997) and returned to it in Black Scorpion. He appeared in music videos including Beat It and I Can Dream About You, and made guest appearances on shows such as Hardcastle and McCormick and Everybody Hates Chris.
