Rick Hill

Rick Hill is an American actor, author, and former football player who found his acting break after being scouted on a Los Angeles beach, where he was offered a small part as a lifeguard in One of a Kind. That same encounter led to him starring in Beach Patrol, a 1979 pilot for an Aaron Spelling series that was not picked up. He went on to play footballers on Days of Our Lives and Charlie's Angels, and was cast in Today's FBI, which ran for one season on ABC. His theatrical debut came with Deathstalker (1983), a profitable heroic fantasy for Roger Corman's New World Pictures, and he starred in further action films for Corman and Cirio Santiago, including a third Deathstalker and Warrior Queen. In 1994 he appeared in Class of 1999 II. Hill has also written nonfiction, including a book with Pete Rose, and has directed episodic television.
