Paul Iacono
Biography
Paul Iacono, an actor and writer from the United States, trained at the Professional Performing Arts School in New York and graduated in 2006. He started out as a child performer in New York theater and has taken part in more than 100 stage productions, among them The Wizard of Oz with Mickey Rooney and a Paper Mill Playhouse staging of Children of Eden with Stephanie Mills, and he can be heard on that show's original cast recording. At eight he gained wide notice for impersonations of Frank Sinatra and Ethel Merman on The Rosie O'Donnell Show. His best known role is RJ Berger in the MTV series The Hard Times of RJ Berger. His films include Fame (2009), G.B.F. (2014) and Animal (2014), along with No God, No Master. He wrote the play High Priest, read at La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club in 2024, and wrote and produced the New York play Prince/Elizabeth.
