Kerri Green

Kerri Green is an American actress who became known in a run of 1980s teen movies. She grew up in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, and attended Vassar College. Her breakthrough came in The Goonies (1985), where she played Andrea Carmichael, a cheerleader drawn into an adventure. Soon after, she appeared in Summer Rental (1985) as Jennifer Chester. Lucas (1986) brought her further critical praise for playing the person at the center of a love triangle with characters acted by Corey Haim and Charlie Sheen. Three for the Road (1987), which also starred Sheen and Alan Ruck, did not succeed as well. Green later made a 1990 appearance on In the Heat of the Night, acted in the independent film Blue Flame, and played a secretary to Paul Reiser's character on two episodes of Mad About You. She co-founded Independent Women Artists with Bonnie Dickenson, and together they wrote and directed Bellyfruit (1999).
