Biography

Jules Bruff, an American actress and filmmaker, grew up in the Oakland hills after being born in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She studied acting at the University of Colorado, receiving a BFA and the Best Actress Scholarship, and soon after graduation she landed the lead in the feature Virginia. A supporting role in David Fincher's Zodiac (2007) followed. Bruff then wrote and starred in the indie hit Part Time Fabulous (2011), winning Best Actress awards at the Monaco Film Festival and the Feel Good Film Festival. The same film earned audience awards at the Berkshire International Film Festival and the Awareness Festival, a Special Jury Commendation at the Durango Film Festival, and several other honors. Her writing and producing work has also reached theater, small screens, and large screens.
