Jerry Levine

Biography

Jerry Levine is an American actor and director who began in theater before moving into television and film. Born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and raised nearby in Highland Park, he earned a fine arts degree from Boston University. His television acting career started on Charles in Charge in 1984, and his film debut came in Teen Wolf (1985) with Michael J. Fox, as Stiles. He also appeared in Iron Eagle (1986), K-9 (1989) and Casual Sex? (1988), and starred in the NBC drama The Bronx Zoo and the sitcom Going Places. On television he turned up in Seinfeld, Boy Meets World, Chicago Hope, Monk and Will & Grace. Levine moved into directing, starting with episodes of Boy Meets World and Chicago Hope in 1999, then twelve episodes of Monk between 2002 and 2009 and shows such as It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
