Biography
Helen Fraser is a retired English actress who studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and began appearing on television in the early 1960s. Her television credits range from Z-Cars and Rising Damp to One Foot in the Grave and Casualty. On stage she worked with the Royal National Theatre and toured in the stage adaptation of Billy Liar, playing Mrs Fisher, in 2009 and 2010.
