Glory Annen

Glory Annen was a Canadian actress who worked in film, television, theater, radio, and voice work. Born in Kenora, Ontario, she trained at the Victoria Composite High School of Performing Arts in Edmonton and moved to England at 17 to attend the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art, graduating in 1976. She made her first film, Cruel Passion (1977), then appeared in several pictures for cult director Norman J. Warren, including Prey (1977) and Outer Touch (1979), and in the Australian production Felicity (1979) for John D. Lamond. Her film credits also included The Lonely Lady (1983). On stage, she created the role of Deborah Solomon in David Mamet's Sexual Perversity in Chicago in London's West End. She acted in English television in the 1970s, dubbed a part in Lemon Popsicle, and did radio and voice work. In 1982 she began casting commercials. In 2008 she was interviewed for Not Quite Hollywood: The Wild, Untold Story of Ozploitation!
