Djouliet Amara

Djouliet Amara, a Canadian dancer and actress, began performing through dance before moving into screen work. Born in Russia and raised in Winnipeg, Canada, she trained in dance and psychology at Fordham University's Lincoln Center campus and was an apprentice at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Her screen career began when she was cast as Rosalind in Seance, a 2021 horror film. She also had roles on Riverdale, Superman & Lois and Devil in Ohio, playing Nancy Woods, Aubrey and Tatiana, and she appeared as Corrine on The Porter. Her first lead came in the Apple TV+ comedy The Big Door Prize, where she played Trina Hubbard. She also played Angie Brooks in So Help Me Todd, Lulu in Guilty Party, and Tess in the 2022 film Hello, Goodbye and Everything in Between. She plays Viv in Fitting In (2024), and CBC named her one of its Rising Stars for 2024.
