Casey Biggs

Casey Biggs is an American actor known to Star Trek viewers as Damar, the Cardassian who grew from a minor figure into the leader of the Cardassian Union on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Born in Toledo, Ohio, he decided to act in high school, studied at the Toledo Repertory Theatre, and earned a BFA from Juilliard in 1977. He later guest starred on Star Trek: Enterprise as an Illyrian captain. His television work includes the soap operas Ryan's Hope and General Hospital, the 1990s series Stat, and guest roles on ER and Person of Interest. On film he appeared in The Pelican Brief (1993), Broken Arrow (1996), Dragonfly (2002), and the documentary Trekkies 2. He also played Wells Fargo chairman Richard Kovacevich in the HBO docudrama Too Big To Fail and returned to General Hospital as Dr. Lasaris in 2018.
