Andrew Lee Potts

Andrew Lee Potts is an English actor and director who began drama classes at age seven and made his first television appearance at ten in Children's Ward. Born and raised in Bradford, West Yorkshire, he left school at sixteen to act full-time and at eighteen played Private Eugene Jackson in Band of Brothers. From 2005 he was a regular on Ideal as Lee, who led the synth-pop band Silicone Valets. In 2007 he originated the geeky antihero Connor Temple in Primeval, a hit science fiction program, and he later reprised the role in the Canadian spinoff Primeval: New World in 2012. He played the Hatter in the SyFy miniseries Alice in 2009, and starred in the SyFy movie True Bloodthirst (2012). Onstage he appeared in Dracula in 2012. He created Keychain Productions in 2006, wrote and directed short films, and directed the 2008 documentary Through the Anomaly. Two of his films were nominated for Virgin Media Short Film Awards.
