Aly Michalka

Biography

Aly Michalka is an American actress and musician who first drew notice as Keely Teslow on Phil of the Future, a Disney Channel sitcom that aired from 2004 to 2006. She also starred in the Disney Channel movie Now You See It... (2005) and the TV movie Cow Belles (2006). Her film work includes Easy A (2010) and The Roommate (2011), along with Bandslam (2009) and the independent drama Crazy Kind of Love (2013). On television she played Marti Perkins on The CW cheerleading drama Hellcats, had a recurring role on iZombie, and later became a regular in its third season. She starred in the Hallmark movie Sand Dollar Cove (2021). Michalka performs in the duo Aly & AJ, whose releases include Into the Rush, Acoustic Hearts of Winter and Insomniatic, the last featuring the Billboard top 20 single Potential Breakup Song. She also took a multi-episode role on Two and a Half Men.
