Plot summary
In the advertising world, Tomás Tomás goes through one girlfriend after another, discarding them as he pleases. Gloria, the woman he works for, is among the women he is seeing. At the office of Mateo, his friend, neighbor and doctor, he meets Silvia, a nurse, and he takes up with her too. When Silvia learns about Gloria, she gets revenge by changing the result recorded on his blood test, and Tomás is told he has AIDS. Clarisa, another neighbor, is a flight attendant engaged to Carlos, a pilot. Tomás notices Clarisa, but with the news he has been given he believes he cannot approach her.
