Roaming (2013) on Netflix

Plot summary

In his late twenties, William Borchert has long been considered different, and he has never held a job. Since his mother left the family, his father Angelo has supported him financially and treats him as lazy. Will passes his time playing video games and building his own. His childhood friend Trey asks him to move in when their mutual friend Shannon leaves town for a job in Toronto, so Will must find work for the first time. A doctor's diagnosis tells him he is mildly autistic, and his social trouble comes largely from being unable to read other people's emotional cues. Olivia Casey, another friend from childhood, is back for a short visit. Will has loved her since high school, and she has always leaned on him.
