Real Haunts (2020) on Netflix

Plot summary

Real Haunts examines unexplained events at five haunted sites across Florida, with investigators and historians leading each visit. In Panama City, the Emerald Coast Paranormal Concepts team investigates the Russ House, an antebellum mansion, and the stories told about the home. A historian and a storyteller from Jackson County share accounts of its haunted past. The mother-and-son crew of K-2 Investigations travels from Tampa to the Lakeside Inn in Mt. Dora with a psychic and a historian. That hotel was frequented by the gangster Al Capone, and strange events occur as the group moves from the basement up toward the attic.
