Poison Ivy: The Secret Society (2008) on Netflix

Plot summary

Orphaned and raised on a ranch, Danielle "Daisy" Brooks transfers to Berkshire College, an elite New England university where a student, Alexis Baldwin, died in mysterious circumstances. In her first week she draws the attention of Blake, the dean's son, and is named a candidate for a Washington internship. The Ivy Society, the secretive sisterhood that usually receives the scholarship, takes an interest, and its head, Azalea, invites Daisy to join. Daisy refuses at first, but an error in her tuition payments leaves her no choice, and she undergoes the initiation ritual at the Ivy house, where the pledges drink drugged wine and are tattooed with the Ivy insignia.
