Plot summary
Something jams tele-radio transmissions throughout the San Fernando Valley, and the trouble seems to come from a flying saucer downed in the area. Investigators from the Federal Communications Commission travel there to examine the reports. Eyewitnesses describe a man in a strange outfit, whose clothing gives off what looks like radiation, making him a threat to the public. A search for him begins.
