Plot summary
In South Korea, Otomo works for Mr. Chang, a fixer whose organization reaches into Japan. A call about a client complaint takes Otomo and his men to a hotel room, where a henchman is beating two women who work for Hanada of the Hanabishi family. Otomo demands compensation for them, and Hanada, once Otomo's men show they are armed, names a sum. Back in Tokyo, Hanada breaks that promise, and his boss Nakata brings the matter to Nishino, second in command of the Hanabishi, whose chairman is Nomura. The Hanabishi offer Mr. Chang money for peace and he refuses it. With the dispute open and Chang in danger, Otomo heads to Japan.
