Plot summary
The opium ban is in force in China, yet the drug is sold openly, and many bureaucrats take it. Tieh Chiao-San leads the Ten Tigers of Canton and coaches China's militia, and he has taken up the habit. His kung fu fades. With his students he patrols a small town and keeps it safe from criminals. Those students have beaten a rival kung fu school in a lion dance competition and humiliated it in a brawl. That school is joined by a kung fu master who deals opium and means to fill the town with addicts.
