Plot summary
Cameras follow staff of The Walt Disney Company through a single shift, visiting every division from theme parks and television sets to animation desks and publishing offices. Those profiled include Imagineers, an animator, a Disneyland Railroad crew member, a publishing illustration manager, a musical actor, a Marvel Studios artist, a resort veterinarian and a Pixar artist. The material came from 76 photo shoots staged around the world in February 2019. The project had been kept secret until it was announced that August at the D23 Expo. A companion coffee table book appeared alongside the film, and 51 short episodes followed weekly on Disney+.
