Tiger, a local crime boss, runs a prostitution ring that recruits through a modeling school. Teddy, an international ninja expert, leads crime in the area together with him. Pam was a model at the school, and the ring turned her into a prostitute. She gets away and tries to send evidence to friends she believes she can trust, but Decker, a hood who works for Teddy, catches her. Bonnie, Pam's sister, is already looking into the school on her own. Her partner Brad had been getting ready to leave for a vacation, and he decides to help her with the case instead.
