Night of the Demons 2 (1994) on Netflix

Plot summary

Melissa, who is called Mouse, lives at St. Rita's Academy, a Catholic school for teenagers in trouble, and keeps having nightmares about her sister Angela. Six years have passed since the Halloween at Hull House, where Angela's body was the only one not recovered; rumor holds she descended bodily into Hell, and five years later her parents took their own lives after a Halloween card signed with her name arrived. Shirley, the school bully, spreads rumors about Mouse, and Sister Gloria, the head nun, tries to stop the talk. Barred from the school's Halloween dance for wrestling Kurt on the tennis courts, Shirley plans her own party at Hull House and, with a demonic ritual book she stole, she and her boyfriend Rick and Z-Boy draw Mouse, Johnny, Bibi and Terri there.
