Plot summary
Ali is a screenwriter with a film to make and no location for it yet. He travels the Turkish countryside with his business partner Yavuz, hoping to find a place that will inspire him. In a remote village, Ali takes shelter inside a Byzantine church's ruins. There he sets out to get past an existential crisis and write the script he calls "The Night Voyage". A shepherd boy keeps him company.
