Plot summary
The veterinarian's wife is attacked by a gang of motorcyclists, and an old man is killed by the same riders. The gang is led by a veteran of the Vietnam War, a sadistic man. The veterinarian and his wife decide to hunt the gang down. A grieving widow whose loved one the bikers harmed joins them, and the three set out after the riders.

- Cast member Haji recalled that while making Motorpsycho the women lived in a trailer and washed from a big barrel set on four sticks, pulling the cork out to get wet and corking it again to soap up.
- Haji was a nightclub dancer when she auditioned for Motorpsycho; Russ Meyer cast her in a smaller role but soon promoted her to one of the film's lead roles.
- During production of Russ Meyer's Motorpsycho, two actors were injured in a scene involving motorbikes and had to be hospitalized.
