Madgaon Express (2024) on Netflix

Plot summary

Dhanush "Dodo" Sawant, Pratik "Pinku" Garodia and Ayush Gupta have dreamed of a Goa trip since they finished tenth standard in Mumbai, and each attempt fell apart. Years later Pinku lives in Cape Town and Ayush in New York, while Dodo cannot hold a steady job and posts an edited, glamorous life online. When the two fly to Mumbai in 2015, Dodo suggests they finally make the trip, and books the train tickets he can afford. Before boarding, Pinku's bag is swapped with a stranger's, and it holds cash, a gun and a hotel room key. In Goa they head to the beach, take pills a dealer gives them and spend the night at a hotel. Waking, an argument ends when Pinku falls on the bed and they find cocaine beneath it.
