Live Twice, Love Once (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

Emilio, a retired academic in Valencia and a widower of five years, passes his days solving magic squares and eating at his usual bar. When he has trouble completing a square and loses his way home, a hospital check brings a diagnosis of the first stage of Alzheimer's. Leaving the hospital, he meets his daughter Julia. She invites him to a family lunch with her husband Felipe, trying to become an Internet motivational coach after losing his job, and their eleven-year-old daughter Blanca. A visit from Blanca puts Emilio back on the trail of Margarita, the love of his youth whom he left to continue his studies. When Blanca catches him about to drive to Navarra to find her, she blackmails him into taking her along.
