Plot summary
The Hikari Studio arrives in a new A.R. World, and the photographs Tsukasa Kadoya takes there come out exactly as he wants them, which makes Natsumi Hikari think they have reached his home. Tsukasa recognizes the mansion in the backdrop that guided them and leads the way to it. Inside, a girl named Sayo greets him as her older brother and tells him he walked out on her a year earlier, and she learns that he cannot recall his past. Her caretaker, Nobuhiko Tsukikage, arrives and takes him to task for abandoning her. As the fusion of the Nine Worlds begins to affect the World of Decade, Tsukikage proposes a contest to settle which Kamen Rider is the strongest, and Tsukasa approves it.
