Bleach the Movie: Hell Verse (2010) on Netflix

Plot summary

Hell is the realm that holds those who committed violent crimes in life, and Soul Reapers are forbidden to enter it. Its prisoners, the Sinners, hide their faces behind masks so the guardians cannot drag them back, and a group of them slips out into the World of the Living, where Ichigo Kurosaki lives. Soul Reapers Rukia Kuchiki and Renji Abarai come to investigate the disturbance. When the Sinners attack Ichigo's school, their leader Shuren seizes Ichigo's younger sister Yuzu and carries her down into Hell. Ichigo's friends, among them Uryū Ishida, agree to go after her, and a Sinner named Kokuto offers to show them the road in.
