Plot summary
Alana Hart owns the Four Horse Casino, where a hidden cash room holds her money. Johnny and Clyde, serial killers who are lovers, are on a spree, and they turn their attention to that room. They take what they need from an armored car belonging to the casino and press a guard for what he knows about it. Randall Lock, a former sheriff whose daughter the pair tortured and killed, hears a news report that they are back in Rhode Island and turns to a bail bondsman, One Time, for help in taking revenge. Johnny brings in his foster brothers, among them Butcher, Baker and Candlestick, for the robbery, and Candlestick says a cult devoted to a demon called Bakwas met its end on the ground under the cash room. Guy, the casino's head of security, becomes suspicious.

- Instead of drawing storyboards for Johnny & Clyde, director Tom DeNucci put G.I. Joe action figures on miniature sets so he could practically test how scenes would be lit and where the camera would go.
- Megan Fox filmed her scenes first so the shoot could accommodate her schedule, and the remainder of the cast was only assembled after that.
