Plot summary

Easter is coming and the Peanuts gang gets ready for the holiday. Linus keeps telling his friends that the Easter Beagle will take care of everything, and Sally, remembering how the Great Pumpkin turned out, is not sure she believes him. Peppermint Patty and Marcie try to dye eggs together, and Marcie misreads the instructions at every step, frying the eggs, then using a waffle iron, a toaster and the oven. After a cold spring rain, Woodstock moves into a birdhouse that Snoopy buys for him and turns it into a comfortable home. Lucy sets up her own private egg hunt, hiding each egg and noting where it lies so she can collect them all on Easter morning.
