Ice Sculpture Christmas (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

Callie Shaw wants to cook for a living, and her first restaurant job is at a country club, where she works as a dishwasher under Chef Gloria, the club's three-time winner of the annual Christmas ice sculpting contest. Frank, her father, decorates for the club and helped her get the position. David Manning, heir to an investment firm and being groomed to take over from his father Ellis, meets her again after years and asks her out. Learning that Callie is skilled at ice carving, he signs her up for the contest without telling her. She fears the entry will seem disloyal to Gloria, who will not let her step down. David becomes her partner, setting aside a major account at work.
